  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Returns:

    We accept returns for unopened and unused art boxes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund to be issued.

    To start a return, please email us at projectyourselfuk@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise discussed in your return correspondence. 

    Refunds:

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days. 

    We unfortunately cannot refund:

    • Used or opened art boxes (unless damaged or faulty)
    • Items returned outside of our 14-day window
    • Sale or custom-made items (unless faulty). 

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right for you.  

  • SHIPPING OPTIONS

    We currently ship with the UK only. We aim to process all orders within 2-4 working days. 

    Shipping Options:

    • Standard UK Delivery (2nd Class Royal Mail): £3.95
    • 1st class Royal Mail (faster deliver): From £4.99
    • FREE shipping for orders over £50

    You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info, once your order has been dispatched.
