PY.UK Refunds & Returns Policy
We want every child (and parent!) to feel excited and inspired when opening their Project Yourself UK box. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right quickly.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them in.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any of the following:

Digital products or downloads

Customised or personalised items (e.g. T-shirts printed to order)

Used art materials or partially completed boxes

How to Return

Email us at projectyourselfuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Package your items securely and send them back within 14 days.

Once received, refunds are processes to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We do our best to check every order carefully after packing them. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll either send you a replacement or offer a full refund (including postage).
Refund Processing

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method, once confirmed by us.
