At Project Yourself UK, we want your creative art boxes to arrive safely and quickly so the fun can begin! Please read through our shipping details and FAQ's below.
Processing Times

We aim to get all our deliveries dispatched usually within 2-3 working days after payment has been received. If products are out of stock, we will aim to update you with this information, if you haven't already seen our message on the relevant product page.

During busy periods (like product launches or school holidays), dispatch time may take up to 5 working days.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch.

1st Class Delivery: 2-3 working days from dispatch.
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services).

International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We're working on options for international delivery in the future for our art boxes and apparel - sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear when this becomes available.
Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at projectyourselfuk@gmail.com.

We'll do our best to track your parcel and resolve the issue for you, as quickly as we can.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, adverse weather or other courier issues beyond our control. We will obviously always try and assist you with these problems and will aim to keep our customers updated, should you or ourselves ever face these potential issues.
Returns Due to Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
