  • WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

    We recommend washing our tote bags inside out and leaving to dry naturally, without the aid of a tumble dryer, as this may damage any graphic prints. Alternatively, for spillages we recommend some gentle washing up liquid and a damp cloth. Please do not use any heavy duty cleaning cloths over the printed graphics, as this may result in the graphic prints detatching from the tote bag.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Returns:

    We accept returns for unused and unworn tote bags and t-shIrts within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund to be issued.

    To start a return, please email us at projectyourselfuk@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise discussed in your return correspondence. 

    Refunds:

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days. 

    We unfortunately cannot refund:

    • Worn, used or washed items
    • Items returned outside of our 14-day window
    • Sale or custom-made items (unless faulty). 

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right for you.

     We currently ship within the UK only. We aim to process all orders within 2-4 working days.
