WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend washing our graphic t-shirts inside out and leaving to dry naturally, without the aid of a tumble dryer, as this may damage any graphic prints. Alternatively, for spillages we recommend some gentle washing up liquid and a damp cloth. Please do not use any heavy duty cleaning cloths over the printed graphics, as this may result in the graphic prints detatching or peeling.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns:
We accept returns for unused and unworn tote bags and t-shIrts within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund to be issued.
To start a return, please email us at projectyourselfuk@gmail.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise discussed in your return correspondence.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
We unfortunately cannot refund:
- Worn, used or washed items
- Items returned outside of our 14-day window
- Sale or custom-made items (unless faulty).
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right for you.
